A board that feels like yours.

Chest Premium unlocks every paid theme, including glass and reflective finishes. Choose USD $4.99 per month or USD $49 per year. The annual plan saves about 18% compared with twelve monthly payments.

Premium checkout is currently being tested in Stripe's sandbox. Sandbox purchases do not charge real money.

Your local chess stays free

Local play, Stockfish analysis, PGN study, puzzles, and the free theme collection do not require a Premium subscription. Games and preferences remain on your Mac. The optional Gemini coach uses your own API key; AI usage is not included in Premium.

Subscribe from Chest

Open Settings → Account, sign in, and choose monthly or yearly Premium. You can also select a theme marked Premium in Settings → Themes. Stripe's hosted checkout opens in your browser; Chest activates Premium after verifying the subscription.

Keep your themes offline

After an online subscription check, Premium themes work offline for up to seven days, or until the paid period ends, whichever comes first. Reconnect and refresh your subscription to renew offline access. Signing out removes Premium access from that Mac.

You control renewal

Use Manage billing in Account settings to update your payment method, view invoices, change plans, or cancel renewal. Read the billing terms for details about renewal, plan changes, and refund requests.
